Return Policy

This policy is to give you comfort that, subject to the conditions below, if any product purchased from ShowGroom is defective or not suitable for you/your pet, we will happily repair or replace the product or offer you a store credit for your return.


Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over INR 500.

Every order includes a Shipway tracking number for easy monitoring.

Returns

You can return or exchange most items within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as they are in their original packaging and in new and re-salable condition.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, return shipping fees are refundable in cases of manufacturer's defects, incorrect shipments, or damage during transit.

If your items were damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours to initiate a claim.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping charges, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation of Orders

In the event you have placed an order and wish to cancel it before the shipment has been dispatched, please notify our customer service team on WhatsApp via 9600149494 or via email on support@gnvcommodities.com. If the order has been prepaid then a refund will be processed to the original mode of payment. No refunds / store credits will be issued for orders placed on cash on delivery that are rejected at the time of delivery. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order. 

ShowGroom  has a right to cancel or refuse the order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase. In the event, we require additional verification or information before accepting and processing your order, or if all or any portion of your order is canceled, we will contact you.


Return Eligibility

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item has been received by the customer in a damaged or faulty condition and you have notified ShowGroom for a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

However, please note the list above is not exhaustive. There may be other individual products which are non-returnable unless damaged. Products pages outline whether that product is returnable or not. 

Receiving a return item 

Please note, if we do receive an item without the original packaging or if the product is received damaged or dirty or used, there will no store credit issued to you or the product exchanged (unless defective). You will have the option of having the item shipped back to you at your own cost, otherwise the product will be donated. 

This will be determined at the time the product is received at the ShowGroom warehouse for investigation. 

Once the item has been received at our warehouse, we can process the return/exchange for you. Please note any delivery fees incurred by you in returning the items are at your own cost and non-refundable by ShowGroom



Redeemable vouchers and promotional coupon codes

There may be promotions/campaigns running from time to time which include redeemable vouchers and promotional coupon codes (collectively referred to as Promotional Codes). These promotions are subject to further terms and conditions which will be made available at the time of each offer and may vary from time to time.

The issuance, amendment, and cancellation of any Promotional Code, whether in whole or in part, is at the sole discretion of ShowGroom.
